Volunteer Roles & Descriptions:

• Responsibilities: Check tickets, check IDs and stamp hands (21+ for drinks), direct guests
• Shifts:
• (1 person) 6pm to 8pm
• (1 person) 7pm to 9pm
• (1 people) 8pm to 9:30pm -
• # of volunteers needed: 5
• Responsibilities: Check out folks buying merch and raffle tickets
Raffle Table
• Shifts:
• (1 person) 6pm to 8pm
• (1 person) 7pm to 8:30pmMerch Table
• (1 person) 6pm to 8pm
• (1 person) 7pm to 8:30pm
• (1 person) 8:30pm to 9:30pm -
• # of volunteers needed: 2
• Responsibilities: Run the RCLF information table, tell folks about RCLF, answer questions, pass out flyers
• Shifts:
• (1 person) 6pm to 8pm
• (1 person) 7pm to 9:30pm

• Responsibilities: Serve food, check folks out for alcohol
Food “server”
• Shifts:
• (1 person) 6pm to 7:30pm
• (1 person) 7pm to 8pm

Alcohol “server”
• Shifts:
• (1 person) 6pm to 8pm
• (1 person) 7pm to 9pm -

• Responsibilities: Help us clean up!
• Shifts:
• (3 people) 9:30pm to 11pm
