Is my contribution tax-deductible?

  • Yes, we are a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Your gift to RCLF is fully tax-deductible to the extent allowable by U.S. law.

Will I receive a record of my donation to report on taxes?

  • Yes, we will send you a formal acknowledgement letter for your contribution, which can be saved for tax purposes.

Will RCLF give out my personal information?

  • RCLF does not trade, rent, or sell donor information. This includes name, mailing and email addresses, phone number, etc.

Can I donate anonymously?

  • Yes! Feel free to write “Anonymous” in ActBlue instead of your name and leave the remaining fields blank.

How will my donation matter?

  • For every $1 spent, $0.96 goes to supporting legal defense and mutual aid of your friends and neighbors!
